I am seriously considering taking some lessons. I am tired of sitting in front of the damn pc all day.

Has anyone ever taken any and how was it? I have a lot of anxiety though of acting in front of other fellow students and public speaking, I'm guessing this is usually required in all acting classes??

I'm about an hr away from LA. Does anyone have any tips on how to get a manager/agent?
