Help me sportsmans?
I'm sick of gym( trainer names it fitness). I can't stand them.... all this training apparatus - sucks! But I live in a small town so that is why I have no choice !
We even don't have sweemingpool with roof.
I want to quit training for a short time..... and I have a question:
If long walking with dog would be enogh for me... or I have to be gyms client till I die))))))?
