Those things plug into your vehicle's cig lighter, but yes, there is a way to use it in the house I'm sure. You'd just need an adapter to plug it into, then plug the adapter into the wall socket. And with that attachment you mentioned you should be good to go.
I bet the entire package would cost maybe $50 or $60 max in most areas. And at least this way you'd KNOW that it is in fact
air you are using, not some glut of chem vapors. :D
