Where were the parents?? What retarded prosecutor persued this action?? What justice system is so backward they elected to hear the case?? Why was a child protection agency not involved and this matter resolved by common sense??
The judge, prosecutor, law enforcement, parents all need thrown in jail for ten years.
Doubt ya can expect any better in that society - it's the same one where families gathered for picnics at lynching parties not long ago and where kids were held on death row till they reached "legal age" and then executed.
