It doesn't really matter, but sometimes it's better if you don't (giving a range is fine) because they will bid it up not knowing what the minimum is, which will attract more people to the auction. So in the end if they are in the dark it is usually better I say. But sometimes it backfires putting up a reserve, because people are far less apt to bid on reserve auctions because reserves are annoying as hell lol, I (shhhh) sometimes start it at .99 cents which attracts MAAD bidders and if it doesn't sell high enough I have a friend buy it and then file for a dispute where we both agreed not to finish the auction ending up in a refund, thats the fail proof way to do it, unless its your brother and you have the same last name lol.
