So true, so annoying. Every month the day everyones rent is due, I need to go and take care of something in my bank, and join a massive que of 60+ people who still go to the bank to pay their bills... Of course you can't excpect everyone to have a computer and internet at their house, but there are free internet connections everywhere - the library, even the bank, and there are people who's job it is to teach you how to use them, but noooooo... these guys just insist on having to see the nice ladies at the bank and have a little chat while they're paying their monthly bills. Banks around here have even started to charge you like 6 dollars per bill if you have it done manually at the counter to prevent this madness, but there seems to be no helping these people. Blah.
