if you relied on china to make your pc you would have to count with an abacus. china might have assembled the parts, they may have manufactured the parts, they certainly didnt invent the parts. they buy technologies from us companies, pay royalties to us companies for protocols, etc... and assemble them onto circuit boards for $1/day.
