Frankly, I'm surprised you don't expect this type of thread by now.

I think you're looking at this from the perspective of someone outside of Iraq, as most of us are. Do you think that Iraqi's first thought is, "Oh, shit, I have to fix my fender?" You'd have to understand how OTHER Iraqis drive and interact with each other before you can judge how the U.S. drives in that area. You're assuming it's like where you live, and everyone just stops to exchange insurance cards when there's a bump.
