oh, anyone ever try to return something at IKEA? I was there the other day and I waited at least 20 minutes to talk to a guy about exchanging some damaged goods. The guy then sent another perosn into the warehouse to get my stuff. After 10 minutes of waiting for the guy to come back i was getting restless and asked if i could just go and get what I needed and come back as it would have taken me under 1 minute to get what I wanted. But, apparently that's not policy. After 15 minutes the guy at the desk went into the back (seeing that I was obviously really pissed at the shitty and slow service) and got the pieces i needed and I was gone. Just out of curiosity I went into the warehouse on my way out to see if I could find the guy that was supposed to be bringing my stuff and he was nowhere to be found. How retarded is that? Stupid IKEA, does anyone even like that place, or do we all just shop there because it's cheap?
