Reminds me of when I was a teenager living In Ft. Simpson, NWT
That was what a typical indian house would look like except it was cases of beer bottles back then. When the place got full of beer cases the governrment would just move them to a new empty house. They paid the governement $18 a month rent for a house (1973).
