Sounds to me like a good idea, you get to voice your opinion about their proposal on the "Premise" of passing. SO what exactly is wrong with that? Think of it this way, at least we get to talk about it, not like what happened when the new 2257 rules came into effect with everyone wondering WTF are the rules!
Yes we could say fuck you and then deal with it when they pass it because no one has told them what a fucked idea it is!

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
