hmm two things
1. I thought Tom Hymes from Xbiz, (formely from Free Speech Coalition) was against .xxx just 2 weeks ago http://forum.icann.org/lists/xxx-icm.../msg00003.html
so why invite these guys now?

My opinion about .XXX is neither here nor there. I'm not a big fan of 2257 either, but we invited the FBI to the conference as well. The fact is, there is a very real possibility that .XXX now has the votes to pass. Assuming it does, this is just another opportunity to get the people who will oversee it on the record about what they plan to do, and then hold them to it. I think that is important, because in a situation like this, ignorance is not bliss.
