The only way I'd see them adding it together is if you were linking to your site domain directly (no affiliate code). But in this case, if you're seeing it under 'affiliate' that means that you have a specific ID you are linking to your site with. To my knowledge, that gets paid seperately.

Also if they wired $2305.00 and you haven't received a cheque or cheques totalling $878.41 - then either there's a problem or you have affiliates and your personal promotions are linking to yourdomain.com' and not through the CCbill linking codes.
