Good news!!! Just had a beer with my friend. He's almost over-insured. Cause of the fire was an electronic failiure in some kitchen equipment, he'll get everything back from insurance and even more (if he's a bit creative
) . Even his staff receives their pays untill they find new jobs or until may cause....
