Cause if it is, I don't really understand why you guys are all over his shit (other than for being whiney). Sounds like a newbie got ripped off by someone who was mentoring/tutoring him in some way?
Aren't these kind of guys really almost the worst of the worst in the business?
If I am missing a piece of history please enlighten me.
