 The US issue with Neteller (and most of the global gaming industry) has nothing to do with you - you are totally legal. Neteller is functioning fine, despite two  ex-directors happened to get arrested in the US recently.  You are in the UK, so seriously suggest you create an account with Neteller and have your winnings transferred there and avoid all contact with any money movers who are US based or associated with the US, where they can fall under US laws.

Of course I may run into issues because I only have NZ accounts still - I never bothered with a UK one as my bills are all in NZ and I happily use Epass most of the time wen I am here.
Baddog - The problem is I have got 3 different stories from each of the companies - thats 9 possible scenarios.
I'm just making educated guesses from the stories I am being given, and what I already know about the companies.
