Thailand has been cracking down on people who run websites from Thailand, and porn coming INTO Thailand but I had it read to me once from Thai law that they can not prosecute you if the site is NOT in Thailand. Or something like that.
It's not something I worry about so I didn't pay much attention to it when they were telling me about it.
If you surf and upload with a proxy or a VPN (
strongvpn.com) you will be a-ok.
Lots of guys run sites from there with NO problems.
