Bizarre.
Scientologists' strange beliefs, including of "past lives" and of the original population of the earth by "aliens," have lead many to classify them as a cult.
Some say they are even more questionable:
"However, outside observers—including journalists, lawmakers, and national governing bodies of several countries—have alleged that the Church is an unscrupulous commercial enterprise that harasses its critics and brutally exploits its members."
