css forever, i am webdesigner for about 10 years and if i before one year show to people website in tables, they said wtf! css is the future, html is dead! just try to make website with more subpages and try to change a link color from one color to another :). css = 1 file, html = how big is your website? :)). css, dont bother to talk about anything else... :).
