I remember watching a ggw movie a long time ago where the guy shooting the footage was standing by a car with 4 girls in it. The first 3 flash and the camera guy gives them a shirt. The last one asks, "what about me?" He asks her how old she is and she says, "17" then she flashes her tits and he gives her a shirt. I was a little shocked when I saw it. You would think that someone would have caught that and kept that footage out of the DVD.
The only thing I can think is that most of his stuff is girls flashing or just getting naked and the lawmakers don't see that as being on the same level as hardcore porn.
