A) If you could write it into your script to build 'hub' pages, submit to links sites etc.. You could do quite well with signups.
B) Yes, if the AVS(s) you choose have a lot of members... The volume is low, but the quality is fantastic - as you already know the surfur is willing to pay for porn.
C) If you are going to send a decent amount of joins, I doubt most sponsors would complain.. But it would be a good idea to icq your rep with each sponsor just to make sure.
