be that as it may there is one fact that people overlook when introducing sites in non english language..

How do you handle support ? you either need someone who understand the language to do it for you or you need to relay on english being your support language...

Well if you find someone that can handle the non english support, do you have other jobs they can do or how will you keep a big enough workload for them to make it worth their time ?

Are you able to find someone you can trust enough to give them access to valabule parts of your site/setup ?

or if you relay on english being the support language, how will you deal with the people that joined your site because it was in swahili and therefor think that they will be able to contact tech support in swahili too ?

opening up in a new language isnt as easy as you make it sound - no everyone is multilingural or have the means to hire a support person per language etc...
