It sounds good, but they lost my trust long time ago. They promised many times to pay webmasters and I really doubt that this time it is something different
I bet that they wrote 61% because now they can claim they are paying "majority" of affiliates. And I bet that if you ask them where are your money they will tell you that you are "unlucky" person who has not been payed yet, but you can expect huge payment soon
