if it's for his cost then it wouldnt be a bad deal and resolution to your problem. However you might have the same girl walking 2 weeks from now, and someone else doing a site with her and competiting with you. If you have a years worth of content I would just launch the site regardless and run with it. If she sticks around great. If she sticks around and no one else snags her and competes with you even better. but you have to almost count on another site poping up built around her sooner or later.
I doubt he is going to admit anything at this point. It is clear what he has done so you at least get some satisfaction for exposing this.
