One of the reasons I started my own business was so I didn't have to work with anyone I didn't want to. You're about to fall into that category. Lose the attitude. You send an email to our sales department giving us no way to communicate with you except via email. No icq. No phone number. We respond in less than an hour. But you go and talk shit about us on GFY. I post a response explaining that we've replied to you and suggesting maybe something was up w/ your email server. You send an email with yet again more attitude.

Christ man, look at the replies on this thread. All our customers are vouching for us that we provide great service and respond in a timely fashion. We aren't having any other clients saying they're having trouble getting our emails. Perhaps our replies are getting caught in your spam filter. Perhaps, here's a novel idea, since there appears to be some difficulty communicating via email, you could substitute the attitude in your email for something somewhat useful like perhaps your ICQ number?
