Mild herbal sedative. Found anyplace that offers vitamins, it can give you a Valium-type effect if you take a bunch. It's often given to pets on 4th of July, or when travelling, etc - any time your pet might freak out. I've never heard of someone habitually giving it to a pet, or any resulting addiction. Maybe that's one stressed kitty.
