I moved server and put in an installation request nearly 48 hours ago and it's not been done yet, sorry but I'm getting desperate as my members are cancelling in droves and cant process any new sales.

I have contacted Ian in your live help but he said 8 hours ago that he can see my request in the inbox and he will get to it at some stage. Please can this be done.
