Do it with play money for a couple of months to see whether you actually can do this in terms of making money of your knowledge.

I tried something similar a few years ago and while it went well I felt that I lost control of my gambling in terms of going outside my own rules on how much to wager on one bet, this was mostly a problem on days where I had lost maybe 90% of my bets.

In other words don't do this without having a pre set rules on how many games, how much per game to wager per day, you need to have discipline in addition to knowledge. Plus while it's fun to win all your bets in a day you will also have days when you get them all wrong and see a months salary out the door. It takes tremendous discipline not to try to quickly recuperate your losses but instead to just use your knowledge in a systematic manner.
