Hmm, what would you think a domain and my site TheGFEClub dot com is worth? Here are the stats:

*Will do over 3M in hits this month
*PR4 with 84% chance of PR5
*Monthly Escort Ad rev of HIGH $XXXX
*Fully functional admin backend
*Fully functional user admin
*Over 3K back links
*Domain is over a year old.

Not interested in selling, just wanted to get some opinions on value.
