Jay, I appreciate you taking the time to make that offer. Like you I have no beef with you or anyone in your company.
You probably have no idea how many times I've tried to work things out with Bill off of the boards (emails, phone calls, voicemails, snail mail, ups, certified mail, icq, aim - you name it I've tried it). I'm always civil when dealing with this guy and just trying to get things OVER with and behind me. He just won't allow it. Notice it was you that responded, not him, and I've been doing this for a while now without a single response.
Come on in Bill & save some face, we'll have a lot of fun... I know of a lot of people that would like to play.
The guy burns bridges left and right, and if I'm not mistaken there is someone else that was more closely related to your team and a specific project that was chewed up, used & is now owed money because of Bill as well, right? How long did they go back? How close were they? Now how about you guys?
Read this part carefully and ask Bill to explain his way out of this one... what part of a fucked up communication structure requires him to:
1. Pocket a chunk of the $ we'd give him (on top of comission) for models and undercut them resulting in a mediocre turn-out... he'd rarely give accounting any invoices or receipts but would always have a million excuses. It all went up his nose.
Thanks for the shitty content Bill.. Proof? It's out there and yes, I can get all of it.
2. Give me the run around & flat out ignore me for months with excuse after excuse about why he wouldn't release documents to me... the truth was
he didn't even bother getting ANY docs from these particular models. No wonder his: "fax was down", "email didn't work", "phone was off", "office was closing", etc, etc.
I don't want a check from you Jay... don't bail Bill out because you've got the cash like I did when I fronted him that $ in the first place.
I'm sure he's got you on his side like we were with the whole Arika thing, then after speaking with Arika, Tim & their lawyers and getting butt-fucked by Bill it all made sense. He's such a good victim he should be an actor for the Lifetime Movie Network... he's probably got you guys willing to hide him out too if someone comes a knockin.
To sum it up, the guy did me wrong and I'm going to return the favor.
