was just thinking the same thing. last time i was in Phnom Penh we were hanging out at the Heart of Darkness late one night and and our driver got shot while waiting outside w/ our bikes by some passerby... this isn't your plush modern Bangkok beer-bar world people, its fairly raw in Cambodia. this story doesn't sound unbelievable at all to me after seeing how life is out there, wild west in the east..
