Never plain ol vanilla, it must be good vanilla. There is a huge difference. Just like the difference between candy style milk chocolate and good chocolate.
Some of my other favorites in no order. (all fresh and homemade)
Strawberry, Peach, Orange Cream, Double Chocolate Fudge, Butterscotch, Vanilla Caramel, Spearmint and Fudge, Raspberry, Coffee, and Cherry.
Then well a whole bunch of sorbets and stuff too.
