I spent decades doing that stuff and called a halt to it - it's a pet hate. There are taxes, but only if the revenue is raised within the country - all other revenue is excluded from any taxation and includes all funds paid by external entities, profits/salaries from foreign corps et al.
Yes.. got DirecTV and the normal cable stuff with English-speaking channels from North America, the EU and some Asian countries. HBO and other movie channels are on cable.
