In my opinion I don't think this sale is about the current traffic it gets, which is very low right now (and as he mentioned SE stats may improve based on what he's recently done)...

This sale is more about the design of the site and his labor and expense to create it. And that it's a functional/working site.

Anyone looking at this site should realize that it shouldn't be any issue for the buyer of this domain to effectively promote it..

(I hope I didn't shoot myself in the foot with those comments.. cuz I want it for my bid of $300 LOL)
