Sticky, nice meeting you in Vegas. There's no such thing as 'toning' or a quick fix, not really. The best you can do in four weeks is lose a little fat, which may at least make your belly a bit smaller, although that is the last place it comes off. Long term you gotta lift weights, do cardio, eat healthy and limit your calories to get a better beach body. By the way, eat much less than 2700 cals/day like that other poster suggested if you want to lose fat, you aren't that big as I recall from seeing you.
