I am considering going to HDV, but i am still leary. I also shoot a lot of photography, and most of the times my still camera is turned to portrait style (vs landscape). When I shoot video, i tend to want to use the video camera more diagonally, some call is shooting "dutch", with HDV, the frame is even wider, but most of my subjects are people/couples who are more long than wide..it would be great if HD was avail in 3:2 format...
