so true. I'm not even that old, but I see it already. Everyday you see in the news something new that kids aren't allowed to do.

Perfect example:

Kids (or adults for that matter) are no longer allowed to play street hockey in the street here in Ontario (not too sure what the laws are like in the rest of Canada). We were playing a few years ago outside my house when I was in university and a cop drove down the road and asked us to stop and explained that there is a by-law prohibiting such activities in the street. WTF. Obviously we kept playing, and I doubt that too many police are going to give out tickets for being a kid, but the fact that this law exists and is on paper is sad because it is a part of out heritage.

I'm sure there are lots of other laws and regulations around now that prevent "kids from being kids". soon kids are just going to be put in bubbles if they need to leave the house.
