cyberxxx, IMHO: Most of the domains in that run have good PR, at least one of them is currently down with that PR. There is some potential here, because I can think of a number of things they could stand for.
5-10k start point for 3 letters... and there is no limit on the top end for the right person or company wanting to have it.
