Ok, I assume you're running at 60hz?

There's two options in the ATI control panel called 'Reduce DVI frequency on high-resolution displays' and 'Alternate DVI operation mode', you could try enabling/disabling them to see if they help.

Try connecting the monitor to a friend's computer or borrow a graphics card from someone to rule out a problem with the card.

Ultimately, the electronics driving the panel can be fucked, in wich case you'll need to take the monitor back and get a new one.
