I have no problem with fostering peace, but the nobel prizes can be political, thus susceptible to bullshit. They don't necessarily give it to the guy who earned it, but to the guy whose views came closest to the committee.
An AVN, on the other hand, has nothing to do with politics. Just who looked best on screen. Those are well earned!
