Almost impossible. The girls would need a tourist visa, and for that they have to jump through some pretty difficult hoops at the American Embassy, which is on a permanent "unsympathetic towards Eastern European women" alert. The girl needs to be married, with children, have a proerty registered in her name, and have her bank statements showing she has lots of (non-recent mullah). If she ever did make it through, the fines to the company that shot her would be pretty high as well...no working visa! Cheaper to shoot her where she is.
