The gallery file should be saved as .php and the URL should look something like this:

http://www.paysite.com/directory/gallery.php?ID=xxxxxx

And the link coded into the gallery would be:

http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=123456&PA=<?= $_GET['ID'] ?>&HTML=http://www.paysite.com

Where 123456 is the CCBill site, and xxxxxx is the dynamic ref code.
Then whatever anyone enters instead of xxxxxx will show up in the link.
