8oz Orange juice
1-2 Scoops vanilla whey
6oz plain yogurt
Mix in a shaker cup and enjoy
Peanut Butter Banana
8oz 2% milk
2tbl spoons peanut butter
1-2 Scoops vanilla whey
1 large banana
Blend until smooth and enjoy
