There's not much you can do except continue to try and work with them to get your names extended or transferred to another registrar. About a year ago I went threw a similar situation with them and ended up losing 13 names.

The names were making a few dollars a day in ppc revenue so as you can imagine I was pissed. I went as far as getting my attorney involved. But in the end I just gave up. Their domain dispute policy and privacy policy protect them from any wrong doings and it can get extremely expensive to litigate. If your current registrations are though them then your hands might be tied. But there?s a chance that your names are with enom because RegFly used to be a reseller. If this is the case you can contact enom, explain the situation to them and see if they can help. Good Luck
