Don't know about him, but personally I'm love to spend my vacations in Turkey. What do you mean on "sworn enemies"? Every year Turkey earns lot's of money from Russian tourists. On the other hand, there are many-many Turkeys who work in Russia. I believe it's profitable for both countries - Turkeys get a good and reliable work (mostly on building sites) and Russia gets a cheap man power. So "enemies" in an obsolete word I believe...
