virtual accounts have a LOT of uses, sometimes a little is all that is needed....and fact remains, whether you think people should have good service on a virtual account (which obviously you don't) or not, they shouldn't offer virtual accounts if they can't maintain them and keep them online

I have virtual accounts at at least 15 hosts, and webair was the ONLY one that couldn't stay online
