I am not excited, lol. I just don't like hearing "free" thrown out there. Folks do it here too, all the time. A couple of years ago, the city of Kansas City decided to quit delivering our "free" trash bags, ignoring completely the fact that we had approved a 1% sales tax increase to upgrade the trash collection and the way they sold the increase to the voters was that they would provide the trash bags as part of the deal.
