that pic is pretty old. I'm much softer now.
But I try to do 30 walk/bike ride almost every day. And sit ups every day.
Then 2 sets of either push ups or pull ups.
The truth is, genetics is the most important.
Shit...I need to get to ythe GFY warmup party...and I didn;t bring a fur hat!!!
