Nice concept... 'cept I don't have their email and I couldn't get to the website to get an email address... Also, given no one is around on the weekends to respond to anything posted on their support forum, I doubt it would have done any good.. However, I know a couple of them are on GFY regularly and it would probably get responded to faster.
