Last I checked GGW was not found to be obscene by a court of law. So by saying that they are selling obscene material he is flat wrong. You would think, should the bill pass, they would have to find GGW obscene before they can ban the "obscene" material.

I would assume that if this law ever passed it would be immediatly challenged and a court would stop it from being enforced.
